Oporto Rental Management was created in 2015 from the combination of the main passions of its founders: the city of Porto and its cultural characteristics; the architecture and decoration; the gastronomy and photography and, above all, the contact with different cultures.

The project is based on the support and guidance of property owners located in the center of the city, who desire to direct their properties to the tourism market.

It also involves the design and decoration of these same spaces, giving them an unique identity that originates an extremely positive reaction in our guests.
Our project culminates in the total management of the property, which includes the organization and full preparation of these spaces for the tourist rental.
So, with our dedication and daily work we have been able to please our guests, who often show the highest intention of repeating their experiences with our team.
In addition, besides the management, we are responsible for the constant contact with guests, because we privilege the personalized support - what distinguishes us and allows us a greater proximity to the diverse cultures.

Meet the Team

Rosa Sobral

With a degree in Architecture and Interior Design, she is one of the founders of ORM and plays a key role in liaising with investors. She is also responsible for the architecture and interior design of most of our apartment, giving them a unique and exclusive character, which is reflected in the distinctive experience we offer our guests.

Her main focus is on developing architectural and interior design projects. She also has a company specialising in the creation of customised sofas and furniture, developing exclusive pieces that combine aesthetics and functionality, perfect for transforming any environment.

Tânia Bernardo

With a degree in Languages, Literatures and Cultures, specialising in teaching English and German, she has developed a strong entrepreneurial side over the years. She is currently an entrepreneur in the tourism sector, having founded two businesses in this area.

Passionate about travelling, culture, music and literature, she combines her academic interests with the world of business.She is also a founder of ORM, where, in addition to operational management, she is responsible for liaising with investors and the strategic development of its brands.

Luísa Monteiro

With studies in Tourism, she is Team Leader at ORM, coordinating the team and ensuring daily contact with owners and guests. Trained in Revenue Management, she is dedicated to optimising results and managing operations efficiently.

Passionate about the world of tourism, she works daily leading teams and implementing strategies that guarantee excellent service.

William Silva

With studies in Technology and Furniture Design, she holds the position of assistant manager at ORM, communicating daily with all the guests. His job is to ensure that all the facilities are in exceptional condition, providing our guests with a high quality and comfortable stay.

Passionate about travelling and new cultures, he brings a practical, creative and attentive vision to everyday life, always with the aim of elevating the experience of those who visit us.

Emília Coelho

With extensive experience in tourism and customer service, she is responsible for direct contact with guests, ensuring the organisation of stays and providing all the necessary assistance to clarify doubts and guarantee a smooth experience.

Passionate about cultures and fashion, she brings a unique perspective, always ready to share knowledge and recommendations with our guests.

Leonor Monteiro

With studies in Tourism and in History, she is an assistant manager at ORM. Responsible for customer service and support, she ensures close and efficient communication, guaranteeing an excellent experience. She also manages our social networks, giving the brand a voice in the digital world.

With a deep passion for gastronomy, history and the adventures that Porto has to offer, we provide our guests with exclusive suggestions for tours and experiences, ensuring that each stay is enriched with the best cultural and tourist offer in the city.

Maria Sobral

With studies in law and a great passion for the tourism area, she carries out the role of night support at ORM. She is responsible for ensuring that, in the event of an emergency, there is always an agile and effective response, guaranteeing the well-being and peace of mind of our guests, regardless the time of the day.

With a passion for exploring new countries and cultures around the world, she brings a global outlook and an open approach, which enriches her performance in liaising with guests and resolving unforeseen circumstances.
